He’s a well-built, twitchy athlete. Billiot worked out alongside Omarion Miller on Thursday afternoon at LSU's skills camp and held his own. The Houma (La.) Terrebonne product is still in the developmental stages when it comes to receivers skills but the physical upside was apparent at LSU.
