Has NFL bloodlines with his father Kevin spending a handful of seasons in the league as a receiver and kick returner. Needs to improve his on-field long speed and separation skills. Was older for the 2023 cycle, turning 18 years-old shortly after his junior season - reclassified to the 2022 cycle in the spring of 2022.

The 6-foot-5, 190-pound Kasper packs size with excellent athleticism and speed to create mismatches at multiple positions.
Over the weekend, the Iowa legacy beat defenses over the top, down the seams and in the red zone. Kasper, who plans to add more weight when he arrives in college, also flashed on short receptions in the open field. He has a ton of elite traits.
