As a College Recruit

Layden Blocker is an explosive lead guard, that is the initial take away you have with him. Offensively, Blocker gets downhill and touches the paint. He can get above the rim in traffic. The jump shot is streaky both off the bounce and off the catch. He plays his best in the half court out of the pick and roll. Decision making is streaky, and court vision can be straight line at times. There is a lot of upside on the defensive end. Long arms and quick twitch at the point of attack.
