As a College Recruit
Physical receiver with the ability to win at the catch point and pick up yards after the catch. Measured in at 6-foot-2, over 200 pounds prior to his senior season. Has plus length, with arms that measure a shade under 34 inches. Has a thick, physically developed build. Has good speed at his size, evidenced by a 11.18 second 100-meter time as a junior. Shows the ability to win in different facets. Uses his length to get off of press coverage. Capable of bullying defensive backs. Shows the ability to win downfield with long speed. Tracks the ball over his shoulder. Length manifests in a large catch radius. Combines with his athleticism to present high-point ability. Hangs in the air to win jump balls. Picks up yards after the catch with his combination of play speed, physicality and field vision. Finished his senior season with 76 catches for 1,105 yards and 10 touchdowns. Also played safety and could have a future on the defensive side of the football if he wanted. Picked off touted Michigan quarterback commit Jadyn Davis three times in two games as a senior. Turned in a lower yards per catch than most blue-chip receivers at 14.5. More of a linear mover and can improve his lateral agility to improve as a route-runner.
