Sadiq White has a lot of physical tools. At 6-foot-7, he has long arms, broad shoulders, and an explosively athletic frame. Out in transition is where White is at his best, filling the lanes and racing toward the rim. When locked in, there is the upside to becoming an excellent defender. He can move his feet on the ball and get in the passing lanes off the ball. He has good off-ball instincts both in the passing lanes and in blocking shots. Offensively, White will have to develop his ball handling and ability to get by his man, especially going right. Most of his half-court handle is in straight lines. He needs to tighten and develop the counters to truly become a wing threat. The jump shot is streaky right now, both with his release and balance points. He moves well off the ball, cuts with a purpose and reads the defense. Plays well out of the dunker spot and as a roll man in screens. Still young, with a lot of natural tools, the upside is apparent as he is on a high major trajectory.
