Saniya Rivers

Saniya Rivers was the 2021 Gatorade National Player of the Year coming during her senior season at Ashley High School in North Carolina. Rivers was ranked as a five-star prospect after averaging 34.3 points, 12.1 rebounds, 6.1 steals and 5.8 assists to help lead her high school to the 2021 Mideastern Conference title. Rivers signed with South Carolina out of high school, but she transferred to NC State before the start of the 2022-2023 season. She appeared in 27 games for the Gamecocks during their national title season.
