Sarah Strong
Personal Life
Sarah Strong was widely considered the top girl's high school basketball recruit in the Class of 2024. Among her accomplishments, she is a two-time 3x3 U18 World Cup gold medalist, the McDonald's All-American Game co-MVP and the Naismith Player of the Year. She averaged 23 points, 16 rebounds, 4.7 assists, 3.3 steals and 2.3 blocks per game across three years at Grace Christian High School. Her mother, Allison Feaster, was the Ivy League Player of the Year at Harvard and played professionally in the WNBA and in Spain. Her father, Danny, averaged 12.5 points and 4.9 rebounds at NC State before playing pro ball in Europe. Strong's game was highly influenced by her time as a European club player. "For me, it was a little special, she'd get the ball and would start making passes the length of the court. You could tell that she understood and had vision and could think the game at an early age," Feaster told ESPN. "She got that from watching the European players and playing with them."
