The top skill player from California if not the West Coast in the 2022 cycle. A dominant high school wide receiver with the ability to win in contested catch situations at a high rate. A pure ball winner in-air. Uses his 6-foot-5 stature, leaping ability, timing and coordination to make acrobatic catches downfield and in the red zone. Highly productive and a high-volume target for one of the top high school offenses nationally. Plays with toughness and displays advanced stamina doubling as a safety. Could be a coveted safety if he wanted, as well. Battle-tested against top competition in the Los Angeles area. Also a top volleyball player. Not a natural separator due to average long speed. Thinner build and should benefit from spending time in a college strength program.
Tetairoa McMillan has some of the best pure ball skills in the 2022 cycle. His ability to win in contested situations reminds us of Kenny Golladay.

Tetairoa McMillan named California's Gatorade Player of the Year
Tetairoa McMillan was named California's Gatorade Player of the Year on the heels of a strong senior season. He played on both sides of the ball for Anaheim (Calif.) Servite, totaling 1,302 yards (14.8 yards per catch) and 18 touchdowns on 88 catches at receiver and eight interceptions as a safety.

Tetairoa McMillan shows off skills at The Opening Finals
Tetairoa McMillan would’ve been a clear choice as the top receiver at The Opening Finals heading into Saturday afternoon. He had a tough championship game in the 7-on-7 tournament with a few uncharacteristic drops. With that said, McMillan had the most highlight-reel grabs during the 1-on-1 and 7-on-7 portions of The Opening Finals. The two-sport standout (volleyball) has plus-plus ball skills and was dominant at the catch point. Among the highlights included an outstanding contested grab in 1-on-1's. McMillan is a natural tracker, showing the ability to locate and adjust to the ball’s flight path within his route. He’s also a natural plucker of the football and attacks the catch point with arm extension and coordination. We were impressed with his release package and quickness off the line of scrimmage. McMillan is not the twitchiest and doesn’t separate consistently but has the technical savvy of a top receiver.
