As a College Recruit

Skilled, high-floor pass rusher who is very productive player at a power program in Alabama’s highest classification. The definition of an active player. Totaled 23 tackles for loss and 9.5 sacks as a junior and backed that up with a good senior year. Consistently chases backside and is constantly in pursuit of the football. Polished pass rusher as well that has extremely active hands and understands how to use leverage to his advantage. Gave offensive linemen issues at the All-American Bowl. Registers as a good, but not elite athlete in the combine setting. Measures around 6-foot-3.5, 245 pounds with 32.5-inch arms. Lacks high-end length at the position. One of the highest floors in the class due to being so technically sound and refined as both a run defender and pass rusher.

Like Derek Barnett, Tomarrion Parker is a savvy, crafty pass rusher with a thicker build and feel for getting to the quarterback. Neither will blow you away in a combine setting or from a measurement perspective, but they both find a way to make plays.

Tomarrion Parker turns in strong week at the All-American Bowl

Charles Power

Clemson signee Tomarrion Parker was consistently impressive throughout the week, putting forth a dominant performance during day three’s practice where he didn’t lose a single rep during the 1-on-1 period. His ability to burst off the line and win hand fights consistently allowed him to meet the quarterback at the top of his drop.
