Ty-Laur Johnson plays with a New York PG swag. He has a crafty handle with a lot of flair. He can get to his spots off the bounce, but does have a tendency to over-dribble to get there. He can shoot, but his load comes beside his head knocking it off line at times. Johnson sees the floor well and he has confidence by the boat load.
