As a College Recruit

Physically-developed quarterback with prototypical size, a strong arm and ability as a power runner. Has a muscled, filled-out build as one of the more developed quarterback prospects in the 2024 cycle. Measured at over 6-foot-3 and around 220 pounds prior to his junior season. Hand size has measured between 9.75 and 10 inches. Flashes a strong arm. Has the ability to make high level throws when everything is on time and in rhythm. Plays with good reactive quickness and has the functional mobility to escape the pass rush. A tough, physical runner who brings a power run element, particularly in short yardage and goal line situations. Completed 53.2% of his passes for 1,975 yards and 25 touchdowns against 9 interceptions as a junior. Rushed for 837 yards and 16 touchdowns on 102 carries. Not as efficient as most of his blue-chip peers as a passer in part due to accuracy and decision-making. Has the physical tools to be among the best in the cycle, but needs to develop his feel and confidence as a player to tap into that upside. A tad older for the cycle, turning 18 years-old in May of his junior year.

Walker White throws at LSU camp

Charles Power

Walker White was among the top group on Thursday at LSU's elite skills camp and walked away with an offer. The Arkansas native has a prototypical, developed build at close to 6-foot-4 and around 215 pounds. White thew the ball well in drills, showing off a nice arm. His play dipped a bit in the live situations, but the physical tools were apparent.

Of the top quarterback group, nobody thew with better anticipation and downfield accuracy than White. The On300 passer from Arkansas clocked a 4.71-second 40 in Baton Rouge after previously running a 4.6 earlier this summer. White has a fantastic throwing motion and drives through his throws, with a 6-foot-3, 225-pound frame and speed at his disposal. LSU offered White before he returned back to Little Rock, Ark.
