Vazoumana “Zoom” Diallo led Tacoma Curtis Senior High School to the Washington Class 4A state championship as a sophomore and he averaged more than 20 points a game in his junior season. Diallo has been playing varsity basketball ever since he was in the eighth grade, so he’s been working hard for the moment when he emerged as one of the top high school basketball players in the country. “As I was growing up, I trained and trained for this,” Diallo told SBLive.com. “This is something I wanted. I wanted to have… my name out there. Now everything that comes my way, I use it as a motivation and a blessing. I remember when I got those first couple of offers, I went into the gym the next morning like it was motivation. I couldn’t stop working. So, everything that comes my way, like I am saying again, it is a blessing. It gives me motivation. It keeps me working. I am a bigger type of point guard. And my vision and my pace - I am not a rush guard. I am able to run a team, and I am able to do all the little things a guard can do.”

One of 2024's TOP Point Guards 6’4 Zoom Diallo attends Curtis HS Tacoma (WA) where he just Led the team to a State Championship.  Zoom is currently ranked No. 11 overall amongst rising juniors, #.2 PG in the Nation and #1 PG in the State.  Diallo has a high IQ, change of pace 3 level scorer that added quickness and size to his athletic frame.  There are several Pac 12 interested/offers like Oregon State, Washington, Washington State, LSU of the SEC, Arizona, Colorado, Gonzaga, Kansas, Louisville, Missouri, Oklahoma, UCLA, USC.
