Predicting Duke to land No. 5 women's basketball recruit Emilee Skinner

Emilee Skinner is the No. 5 women’s basketball recruit in the 2025 class and a 6-foot point guard from Millville (Utah) Ridgeline. A few weeks ago, Skinner told On3 she’d narrowed her list to five finalists: Duke, Iowa, TCU, Notre Dame and UCLA.  Skinner is set to make her announcement tomorrow afternoon – and one program stands out as the likely destination.
