Top 2026 recruit Jacy Abii narrows to 16 finalists

Top 2026 recruit Jacy Abii of Frisco (Texas) Liberty recently narrowed her list to 16 finalists. Abii will be considering the following programs for her landing spot: USC, Stanford, South Carolina, Texas, Louisville, Oregon, UCLA, TCU, UConn, Tennessee, Baylor, Notre Dame, LSU, Duke, Alabama and North Carolina.  A few factors that Abii is considering are location, play style, a home-like feel and a strong team relationship. She also noted that she’d like to go somewhere where she can exercise her faith.  The 6-foot-2 post player has taken unofficial visits to Texas, Baylor, LSU, Duke, North Carolina and TCU. Abii is now in the process of planning official visits.  “Being injured, I had some more time to focus on where I want to go to school and focus on these teams and how they play,” Abii told On3. “I want to make sure that I don't rush it later on. I just want to make sure I'm not overloading myself, but also just making sure that I'm saving everybody's time and focusing on who needs to be focused on.”  Abii talked to On3 about each of the programs in consideration.
