Source: Wisconsin head women's basketball coach Marisa Moseley resigns

Wisconsin head women’s basketball coach Marisa Moseley has resigned after four seasons, sources told On3.
Moseley has been at the helm of the program since 2021. The Badgers did not make an NCAA Tournament appearance in Moseley’s tenure, but Wisconsin made the WNIT Great 8 last season after a 15-17 overall record and a 6-12 mark in Big Ten play.
This season, Wisconsin finished 14th in the conference with a 13-17 overall record and a 4-14 mark in conference play.

Prior to joining the Badgers, Moseley was the head coach at her alma mater, Boston University, achieving a 45-29 record and earning the Patriot League Coach of the Year honors in 2020. She also made stops as an assistant coach at Denver, Minnesota and UConn.
This marks the first Big Ten opening of this cycle and it will certainly be a sought-after position. Wisconsin will begin a search for their next head women’s basketball coach.
