The California high school boys basketball playoffs is in full swing as teams in the NorCal Division VI compete for the state championship. Eight teams have survived the regional gauntlet to keep their state title hopes alive.
Top-seed Redding Christian will face Mendocino, ranked 935th in the On3 Composite Team Rankings, in Round 1. Meanwhile, fourth-seed Waldorf from Sacramento will compete with Petaluma’s St. Vincent De Paul, which finished the regular season at 19-11.
In the other quarterfinal matchup, the St. Bernard’s Crusaders from Eureka will battle with Biggs. Finally, second-seed Stone Ridge Christian will face seventh-seed Point Arena. All games mentioned will happen on March 5 at 7 p.m. local time.
