California High School Football Scores: Top 25 updates - Sept. 27-28
Week No. 6 of the 2024 high school football season in California is set to get underway, though a majority of the state’s top teams are idle until October.
Just 10 of the top 25 programs in the state, according to the On3 Massey Ratings, are on the schedule this week, headlined by a pair of ranked matchups.
Below is how the Golden State’s top teams fared during the final weekend of September.
The On3 Massey Ratings — officially used during the BCS era and generated college high school sports team rankings since 1995 — rank sports teams by analyzing game outcomes, strength of schedule, and margin of victory.
