Below is the updated Florida On3 Massey Ratings top 25, as of Nov. 4.

1. IMG Academy

After narrowly defeating Illinois’ top team two weeks ago, No. 1 IMG fell apart this past weekend against St. Frances Academy (Md.). The Ascenders lost 30-3, their second loss of the season. They will look to get right against St. Thomas More (Conn.) this week.

2. Venice

Venice hammered Riverview 42-8 to close out the regular season. The Indians’ lone loss came to No. 1 IMG Academy in early October, leaving them with a 9-1 record on the year.

3. Chaminade-Madonna Prep

The Lions were off after closing the regular season last week with a 62-17 blowout of Cardinal Gibbons. Chaminade-Madonna finished the yearwith losses to Blanche Ely and St. John Bosco (Calif.) — and signature wins over NNo. 9 American Heritage, No. 8 Miami Norland and No. 5 St. Thomas Aquinas.

4. Miami Central

Earlier today, news broke that Miami Central has been retroactively forced to forfeit nine games this season because of the use of an ineligible player. The Rockets, who are ranked as the state’s No. 4 overall team, were 8-1 on the season and one of the favorites to compete for a Class 3A state championship. In accordance with FHSAA’s bylaw 10.2.1, the Rockets’ record has been changed to 0-9 with the postseason bracket reveal less than a week away.

5. St. Thomas Aquinas

St. Thomas Aquinas ended its regular season on a bitter note two weeks ago with its first loss to No. 9 American Heritage. It was the Raiders’ third loss of the season after Las Vegas Bishop Gorman (Nev.) and No. 3 Chaminade-Madonna.

6. Armwood (+1)

Armwood has a perfect record on the year after a 48-0 win against Riverview last Friday. Their lone ranked win of the season came against No. 19 Tampa Bay Tech back in early September.

7. Lakeland (-1)

Lakeland is still perfect after beating Kathleen 47-6 on the road two weeks ago to improve to 8-0. The Dreadnaughts have big wins this year over No. 4 Miami Central and No. 20 Lake Mary. They are 28-point favorites over Sebring this week.
