Hawaii High School Football Playoffs 2024: tournament brackets, latest scores
With the regular season over, the best teams in Hawaii high school football proceed to the playoffs. Sixteen teams, including those in the state’s On3 Composite Rankings, compete for state championships across three divisions: I, I Open, and II.
The competition for all three divisions started on November 15. The title game for Division 1 and Division 1 Open will be on November 29, while that for Division 11 will be a day later. Here are the participating teams and the latest scores for all three Hawaii football playoff competitions.

Hawaii High School Football Playoffs – Division 1 Open Semifinals and Finals
Therefore, Kahuku and St. Louis will compete for the Division 1 Open state championship on November 29 at 7 p.m. local time. The Red Raiders are the top team in the On3 Composite Rankings and Massey Ratings. Meanwhile, the Crusaders are third on Massey and fourth on the Composite Rankings.
Kahuku has an elite defensive unit that St. Louis must figure out to win the state title. The Red Raiders have college-bound athletes like safety Aiden Manutai (Cal), linebacker Max Fonoimoana (Utah), edge rusher Lebron Williams (Cal), linebacker Zaden Mariteragi (Hawaii), and edge rusher Benjamin Roberts (Nevada).
Conversely, St. Louis’ offense outlasted the high-powered James Campbell offense. The Crusaders have quarterback Nainoa Lopes, who has 19 touchdown passes, and Titan Lacaden, who has 15 total touchdowns (12 receiving). Stytyn Lasconia and Hashton-Kingston Siliado have combined for 11 rushing touchdowns. Offensive linemen Houston Kaahaaina-Torres and Kamo’i Huihui-White have allowed St. Louis to run their attack efficiently.

Six teams competed in the playoffs, with Konawaena and Damien getting first-round byes. Meanwhile, here’s how the round one games unfolded:

Kapa’a and Konawaena will compete for the state championship on November 30 at 7:30 p.m. local time. The focal point of the Warriors’ offense will be Nainoa Simmons, who has 1,501 rushing yards and 16 touchdowns. Meanwhile, quarterback Evan Daligdig has 1,234 passing yards, 540 rushing yards, and 25 touchdowns (13 rushing).
The Wildcats have a potent receiving duo of Austin Takaki (1,209 yards, 21 touchdowns) and Aliimalu Tan (922 yards, 16 touchdowns). Quarterback Keenan Alani has 2,745 passing yards and 48 touchdowns, while Hercules Nahale has 928 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns.

Six teams competed, with Kamehameha Maui and Kauai getting first-round byes. Meanwhile, here are the Division 2 first-round games:
