Illinois High School Football Scores: Top 25 updates - Sept. 27-28

Illinois high school football is entering its fifth week of the season, and the Land of Lincoln features a trio of games between ranked teams.

No. 4 Batavia and No. 22 Wheaton North; No. 12 Cary-Grove and No. 11 Prairie Ridge; and No. 16 Joliet Catholic Academy and No. 17 Nazareth Academy each clash Friday night.

Twenty-three of the top 25 programs in the state are in action. Below are the key matchups to watch across Illinois this weekend.
