1. Fishers

Fresh off of a 29-1 season and a Class 4A championship win over Ben Davis, Fishers enters the 2024 season the top team in the Hoosier State. Sophomore point guard Jason Gardner Jr. is one of the top prospects in the 2027 class. The Tigers will look to defend their title in their season-opening title game rematch against Ben Davis on Nov. 26.

2. Lawrence North

Lawrence North fell to Jeffersonville in the state quarterfinals last season, but the Wildcats are once again looking to be one of the best teams in the state of Indiana. Senior point guard Azavier Robinson is a top-100 prospect in the class of 2025 and the No. 5 player in the state.

3. Ben Davis

After a 23-6 record and a 4A state title game loss to Fishers in the 2023-24 season, Ben Davis will look for a bit of revenge in its season opener against the Tigers. The Giants are the No. 64 team in America according to the On3 Massey Ratings.

4. Cathedral

Indianapolis Cathedral will open play on Nov. 27 against No. 10 Warren Central in what should be one of the Hoosier State’s best games of the season. Senior power forward Brady Koehler is a top-100 prospect and committed to Notre Dame.

6. La Lumiere School

Coming off of a 22-5 record last season, the 2024 edition of La Lumiere features several Division I commits. The senior class for the Lakers includes five-star Notre Dame signee Jalen Haralson, elite UConn signee Darius Adams, Loyola (Chicago) signee Chuck Love Jr., San Jose State commit Melvin Bell and Belmont pledge Jack Smiley.

7. Carmel

Carmel finished 12-11 last season and lost in the first round to eventual state champion Fishers, but the Greyhounds are looking to have one of the best teams in the state this year. They opened up with Zionsville last year and will do so again. Zionsville took the previous matchup 57-40.
