The high school basketball postseason is underway for plenty across the nation, while others are nearing tournament time. As the season winds down, the On3 Composite Rankings have updated for the final time in February.

Changes have been small across the last few weeks and that remains the case for the latest update. The top 10 remains the same and will be tough to change as teams are on the prowl for state titles.

Below is a look at the updated national high school boys basketball top 25, as of Feb. 26:

The On3 Composite High School Basketball Team Rankings is a proprietary algorithm that compiles rankings listed in the public domain by respected High School media and data companies. It includes Massey, Max Preps, ESPN, and SI, creating the industry’s most comprehensive and geographically balanced High School Team Ranking.

1. Columbus (Fla.)

Previous Ranking: No. 1
It’s been more of the same for Columbus, as it leans on one of the most talented rosters in the nation. Now in the Florida 7A state semifinals, twin Duke signees Cameron and Cayden Boozer remain dominant, and the same can be said for junior forwards Caleb Gaskins and Jaxon Richardson. The Explorers are 25-3 and will be a favorite to win Nationals.

2. Harvard-Westlake (Calif.)

Previous Ranking: No. 2
Now 30-2, Harvard-Westlake fell to Sherman Oaks Notre Dame in its CIF Southern Section championship run. Duke small forward signee Nikolas Khamenia heads what’s been one of the top programs in the nation all season long, though the Wolverines won’t be hanging another banner in 2025.

3. Roosevelt (Calif.)

Previous Ranking: No. 3
Top uncommitted combo guard Brayden Burries is a scoring machine and has powered Roosevelt to a 31-2 record to this point and a spot in the CIF Southern Section championship against Notre Dame. The Mustangs will play for a state title on March 1.

4. William J. Brennan (Texas)

Previous Ranking: No. 4
Behind Houston point guard signee Kingston Flemings, William J. Brennan continues to look like one of the top offenses in the nation. The Bears are in the Texas 6A Region 4 final and will take on Steele High next as they continue their run to a state title.

5. Allen (Texas)

Previous Ranking: No. 5
Allen is now 33-1 on the season and continues to lurk right behind William J. Brennan for the top spot in the Texas rankings. The Bears are still the lone team to defeat the Eagles so far this season. Allen is in the Texas 6A Region 1 final and will take on Marcus next this Friday.

6. Hoover (Ala.)

Previous Ranking: No. 6
The Sweet 16 began LAST week in Alabama and Hoover looks like the clear favorite, still undefeated at 33-0, now advanced into the Final Four after beating Huntsville 63-60 last Thursday. The Buccaneers continue to wallop their opponents on both sides of the ball, while their defense has been one of the best in the nation all season long. Phenix City Central is up next on Thursday.

7. Paul VI Catholic (Va.)

Previous Ranking: No. 7
After defeating No. 9 Gonzaga to win the WCAC championship, Paul VI Catholic now gears up for the VISAA state tournament, where it’s the top seed and has a bye into the quarterfinals, which will begin on Wednesday night. The Pumas are now in the quarterfinals of the AIA state tournament and will take on Ironwood next this Friday.

9. Gonzaga (D.C.)
