Ohio High School Football Scores: Top 25 updates in Week 4

Week three of Ohio high school football saw Lakota West get upset on the road by a ranked Princeton squad while St. Edward and Massillon Washington fell to out-of-state opponents.

This week’s slate features just one ranked matchup as Elder takes on St. Edward, but Massillon Washington and Archbishop Moeller will respectively face teams from New York and Georgia.
