1. West Linn
The Lions remain Oregon’s top team despite a four-point loss (21-17) to third-ranked Lake Oswego. Likewise, West Linn is still the state’s best offensive and defensive team. The Lions can return to the win column with a road victory over sixth-ranked Tualatin on Oct. 25.
2. Central Catholic
The Rams remain perfect in the 2024 Oregon high school football season by defeating Sandy 42-7. After their victory via forfeiture over Gresham, Central Catholic has outscored its last two opponents 79-19. The Rams will proceed with their campaign by hosting David Douglas this week.
3. Lake Oswego
Despite scoring a season-low 21 points, the Lakers pulled off a win over top-ranked West Linn to remain undefeated for the season. Throughout their campaign, they’ve allowed only one opponent to score beyond 17 points while averaging 37 points per game. Lake Oswego will proceed with their season against Oregon City on the 25th.
4. Sheldon
The Irish remain perfect after defeating South Medford 38-10. Kelsen Sperry threw three touchdown passes, while Kerek Kato had 111 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Meanwhile, Mana Tuioti has two rushing touchdowns, ten solo tackles, and a sack. Sheldon will proceed with their season versus Grants Pass.
5. Lakeridge
After losing to top-ranked West Linn, the Pacers rediscovered their winning ways via a 33-22 victory over Tualatin. Shanko Kornachuk had 107 rushing yards and a touchdown, while Jayden Tragesser had 90 receiving yards. Meanwhile, the Lakeridge defense finished with 16 tackles for losses and ten sacks, 3.5 courtesy of Tai Tovey. The Pacers can earn their seventh victory in the 2024 Oregon high school football season against 16th-ranked Tigard on the 25th.
6. Tualatin
The Timberwolves have lost two of their last three games after falling short against Lakeridge. Their losses came against top ten teams, keeping them from going higher in the rankings. However, Tualatin still ranks third on offense and sixth on defense in the state. However, their schedule doesn’t get any easier because they will face top-ranked West Linn and No. 16 Tigard in the next two weekends.

7. Sherwood
The Bowmen are on a four-game winning streak after a dominating 62-34 encounter against McMinnville. In that game, Wilson Medina tallied 234 rushing yards and four touchdowns, while Andrew Waletich had four carries for 116 rushing yards and a touchdown. Defeating Liberty on the 25th could extend their streak to five games.
8. Silverton
It was a high-scoring affair, as Wilsonville scored 67 points against the Foxes. However, Silverton finished with a season-high 86 points. The Foxes will face Canby and Woodburn to finish the 2024 Oregon high school football campaign.
9. Mountain View Senior
The Cougars climbed to 7-0 after handily defeating Ridgeview. In addition to their unblemished record, they’ve surrendered only three points in their last three games. Limiting their opponents to that degree makes them the ninth-best defensive team in Oregon high school football. Their season continues against Summit on the 25th.
10. Sprague
The Olympians remain undefeated after squeaking past Grants Pass 41-40. That’s the second consecutive week they’ve won by one possession, a stark contrast from their double-digit leads earlier in the season. Sprague will put their 8-0 record on the line when they host fourth-ranked Sheldon on Nov. 1.
