2022 All-SEC Team: PFF releases preseason college football selections
Football analytics group Pro Football Focus released its list of All-SEC preseason candidates this week, and it looks a lot different than the list voted on by the traditional media.
Although Bryce Young is still the All-SEC first-team quarterback, PFF’s list and the SEC media’s list immediately begin to defer after that. For example, the data gurus at PFF opted to put new South Carolina transfer Spencer Rattler on the All-SEC second team, not Vols returner Hendon Hooker.
Check out PFF’s list of first, second, and third-team preseason SEC athletes, plus, honorable mentions.
