2022 Heisman odds updated after pivotal Week 9 of college football season
The Heisman trophy could got to any number of players in college football this year — namely to one of many of the uber-talented quarterbacks tearing up the sport right now. And one of those guys, Tennessee’s Hendon Hooker, is seemingly the leader in the clubhouse to take home the hardware right now.
After another performance where he torched an opposing defense — Kentucky during Week 9 — Hooker is now the odds-on favorite to win the award per FanDuel’s odds.
Behind Hooker, there’s a decently tight pack of other high-level quarterbacks like USC’s Caleb Williams, Ohio State’s CJ Stroud, Alabama’s Bryce Young, TCU’s Max Duggan, Oregon’s Bo Nix and North Carolina’s Drake Maye.

And the skill positions are getting some love, with Tennessee wideout Jalin Hyatt, Alabama running back Jahmyr Gibbs, a pair of Big Ten running backs — Chase Brown from Illinois and Blake Corum from Michigan — and Clemson running back Will Shipley are all in the top 12 for the latest Heisman odds.
Here are the Oct. 30 Heisman odds via FanDuel down to candidates with +25000 odds — a nice, but unlikely, payoff if someone from the bottom of the list wins.
