2023 El Paso 4-star guard KJ Lewis releases top 12 schools
El Paso Chapin guard KJ Lewis dropped his top 12 teams Saturday in a video posted on Twitter.
His top 12 teams are Alabama, Arkansas, Baylor, Houston, Memphis, Ole Miss, SMU, Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, UCLA and UTEP.
Lewis added that his recruitment is still open and that he is not close to making a decision.
He is the No. 27 overall recruit in the 2023 On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

KJ Lewis is the fourth-best shooting guard in the class behind Covington (Ga.) Newton Stephon Castle, Toronto Crestwood Prep’s Elijah Fisher and McKinney (Texas) McKinney’s Ja’Kobe Walter.
The Texas native has visited all the major programs in the Lone Star State. All of those schools except TCU made his top 12.
