2023 NCAA Tournament: Tip-off times released for first-round games

Just a couple hours after the bracket was unveiled, the NCAA announced the tip-off times for the 2023 NCAA Tournament. The action gets underway with the First Four on Tuesday.

Two games kick off the action from Dayton on March 14. Southeast Missouri State will take on Texas A&M-Corpus Christi at 6:40 p.m. ET, followed by No. 11 Pittsburgh vs. No. 11 Mississippi State in the nightcap at 9:10 p.m. ET. The next day — March 15 — No. 16 Fairleigh Dickinson will take on Texas Southern in the opener at 6:40 p.m. ET and No. 11 Nevada will face off against Arizona State at 9:10 p.m. ET.

From there, the first round will get underway March 16. Eight games are set for Thursday afternoon and eight more are in the evening slot. The same schedule will be in place for Friday as 16 teams square off throughout the day. TV announcers and channels were also released as part of the announcement.
