2023 NIT bracket revealed on Selection Sunday

Following the reveal of the 2023 NCAA Tournament bracket, ESPN unveiled the full field for the NIT. Teams receive an automatic bid to the NIT if they win their conference’s regular-season title, but can also earn at-large bids.
The NIT features 32 teams in four different regions of the bracket. Games are played at campus sites until the semifinals, with the higher seed hosting the games. The semifinals — along with the championship game — take place at Madison Square Garden in New York March 28 and 30.

The top four seeds were revealed after the selection committee announced the NCAA Tournament bracket. Oklahoma State will be the No. 1 overall seed, followed by Rutgers as the No. 2, Clemson at No. 3 and Oregon rounding out the top four teams as the No. 4 seed after coming in as the first four teams out of the March Madness bracket. North Carolina would’ve been the No. 3 overall seed, but opted not to participate in the tournament after missing out on March Madness.
