2024 3-star QB Davi Belfort reveals top seven schools
Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Gulliver Prep three-star quarterback Davi Belfort announced his top seven schools Thursday on the Recruiting Blitz Powered by UCReport. His list includes Alabama, Florida, Michigan State, Penn State, Ole Miss, Tennessee and Virginia Tech.
Belfort is the No. 416 overall prospect and No. 27 quarterback in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 61 player in Florida.
“To be honest, I was trying to go for five but it was just so difficult because I feel like there’s just so many great options out there,” Belfort said on the Recruiting Blitz. “I could see myself being successful at so many places. But at this time where I’m at, quarterbacks tend to commit earlier. There’s obviously been a couple quarterbacks that are committed and that’s something I definitely want to do. I definitely want to commit, start building a relationship with the guys on the team, start growing my relationship with the coaches, start learning the offense, obviously build a class and start bringing guys to come with me.
“So that’s something I look forward to doing, so that’s why I felt it was really important for me to narrow my schools down as much as possible right now, so I could really focus in those schools and really decide and see what’s the best place for me.”
According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, it is a very close race for his commitment. Florida is currently leading for Belfort’s pledge at 26.5%. The 5-foot-11.5, 185-pound has visited Gainesville three times, most recently on Sept. 3.

“I loved it. The environment here was crazy; it was surreal,” Belfort told Gators Online about the Gators’ win over Utah. “It was really my first big college game, so it was a great atmosphere, great environment. It was awesome.”

Belfort has an On3 NIL Valuation of $186K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
