2024 4-star QB Jayden Bradford transferring to IMG Academy

Four-star quarterback Jayden Bradford out of Chapin, S.C., is transferring from his local high school to IMG Academy.

“After much consideration, prayer, and talks with family and friends I will be transferring to IMG Academy to play on it’s national team,” Bradford said in a statement. “I want to thank the Chapin family and community for embracing me and my family and giving our team the support to do our best day in and day out. I want to thank my coaches for pushing me to never be complacent and strive for perfection.

Bradford is the No. 60 overall recruit in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

On3 has not yet ranked high school sophomores during their fall seasons but does hand out grades. Bradford was one of 100 players named received a four-star grade when the On3 2024 watchlist was released.

Only six quarterbacks received a grade of at least 90 in the watchlist.

Bradford is currently ranked as the second-best player in the On3 Consensus from South Carolina. Interestingly enough, the other player ranked ahead of also recently transferred to a school out of state. Four-star quarterback Jadyn Davis moved to Charlotte (N.C.) Providence Day School from his local high school over winter break.

Bradford has an On3 NIL Valuation of $16,400. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
