There’s less than a week until the 2025 Big 12 Basketball Tournament begins. Ahead of that, it’s worth tracking the current projection for the tournament field and what the schedule is going to be for the tournament.

There’s been some major changes to the projections from Tuesday into Wednesday. There were four conference games on Tuesday night, all of which impacted the conference standings. BYU taking down Iowa State ended up being one of the biggest games of the night and did bump the Cougars to the four-seed in the Big 12 Tournament. With that, they could have stolen a double bye from the Cyclones.

The season isn’t quite over, but if it were to end today, here’s a look at the projection and schedule for the Big 12 tournament and what the bracket would look like if the season ended today, March 5.

Big 12 Tournament Projected Bracket and Schedule

The Big 12 is a 16-team conference with everyone set to make it to the conference tournament this season. Four teams in this format will get a double bye while another four will get a single bye. Eight others don’t get a bye at all. As of now, there are also three teams locked into their seed. Houston is going to be the one-seed. Then, Colorado and Arizona State are going to be the 16th and 15th seed respectively.
