2025 Big Ten Women's Basketball Tournament: Updated matchups, results, schedule, TV

The 2025 Big Ten Women’s Basketball Tournament has been updated and it’s official as the madness begins Wednesday afternoon. No more projections, just basketball.
With 18 teams in the conference this season, not everyone can make it to the tournament. The bottom three are left home while seeds No. 10-15 play in the first round.
Seeds No. 6-9 have byes to the second round while the top four receive a double bye to the quarterfinals. The Big Ten Tournament is played from March 5th to 9th.
Below is the up to date bracket for the 2025 Big Ten Conference Tournament.
Round 1
Game 1: No. 12 Washington 79, No. 13 Minnesota 65
Date/Time: 3:30 p.m. ET
Channel: Peacock
No. 12 seed Washington matched up with No. 13 Minnesota to begin the conference tournament on Wednesday afternoon. The Huskies held a 32-30 edge over the Gophers heading into halftime. Washington would take control early in the second half, riding that momentum to a 79-65 win over Minnesota. They will advance to play No. 5 seed Michigan in the second round.
Game 2: No. 10 Nebraska 84, No. 15 Rutgers 60
Date/Time: March 5th, 25 minutes after Game 1

No. 10 seed Nebraska led by as many as 11 points in the first quarter, setting the stage for an 84-60 blowout victory over Rutgers in the second game of the afternoon. Notably, Nebraska made 13 3-pointers in the win. Alexis Markowski scored a team-high 19 points as the Cornhuskers advance to take on Illinois on Thursday.
Game 3: No. 11 Iowa 81, No. 14 Wisconsin 54
Date/Time: March 5th, 25 minutes after Game 2

No. 11 seed Iowa ended the first quarter against No. 14 seed Wisconsin on a 19-0 scoring run. The Hawkeyes never looked back, making 11 of 20 3-pointers along the way to secure the 81-54 victory over the Badgers. The win keeps the hope of winning a fourth-straight Big Ten Conference Tournament championship alive.
Round 2
Game 4: No. 9 Indiana 78 No. 8 Oregon 62
Date/Time: March 6th, 12:00 PM ET

The Indiana Hoosiers battled early foul trouble against the Oregon Ducks, but it ultimately didn’t stop the Hoosiers from earning a win in the Big Ten Tournament. 11 made 3-point shots was a massive reason why Indiana was able to grab their 19th win of the season, which combined with winning the turnover battle became too much for the Ducks to overcome. Now, they’ll advance to the quarterfinals.
Game 5: No. 5 Michigan 66, No. 12 Washington 58
Date/Time: March 6th, 25 minutes after Game 4

After going back-and-forth in the first half, Michigan managed to pull away from Washington in the second half of Thursday’s game. The Wolverines outscored the Huskies 23-13 in the third period and eventually got the 66-58 victory to advance to the Big Ten tournament quarterfinals.
Game 6: No. 10 Nebraska 74, No. 7 Illinois 70
Date/Time: March 6th, 6:30 PM ET

Illinois jumped out early against Nebraska, but the Cornhuskers battled back and eventually used a 7-0 run to take a fourth-quarter lead. The Fighting Illini got multiple looks for a game-tying three-pointer, but couldn’t get a shot to fall as the Cornhuskers held on for the 74-70 victory.
Game 7: No. 11 Iowa 74, No. 6 Michigan State 61
Date/Time: March 6th, 25 minutes after Game 6

A dominant second quarter put Iowa in the driver’s seat against Michigan State, although the Spartans have proven to be a strong second-half team this year. However, the Hawkeyes – thanks to some big shots late from Kylie Feuerbach to create separation – took down MSU 74-61 and advanced to the quarterfinals.
Big Ten Quarterfinals
Game 8: No. 1 USC 84, No. 9 Indiana 79
Date/Time: March 7th, 12:00 PM ET

In the first game for the top seed in the Big Ten Tournament, No. 9 Indiana gave a game to No. 1 USC by halftime and then throughout the second half into late in the fourth . However, the Trojans eventually won their quarterfinal by five behind high-scoring, double-double performances from JuJu Watkins (31 points, 10 rebounds) and KiKi Iriafen (21 points, 10 rebounds). ‘SC has now advanced with them playing tomorrow between the winner of the Terps and Wolverines.

Game 9: No. 5 Michigan 98 vs. No. 4 Maryland 71
Date/Time: March 7th, 25 minutes after Game 8

On Friday, Michigan shocked Maryland, picking up a 98-71 blowout win. The Wolverines were red-hot in the victory, shooting 61% from the field and 52% from beyond the arc. Michigan’s Olivia Olson, Syla Swords and Jordan Hobbs each scored 20 or more points to boost the Wolverines to the Big Ten Tournament semifinals.
Game 10: No. 2 UCLA 85, No. 10 Nebraska 74
Date/Time: March 7th, 6:30 PM ET

After a back-and-forth first half, UCLA ran away with an 85-74 win over Nebraska on Thursday night. Bruins forward Lauren Betts stole the show, tallying a game-high 28 points, 13 rebounds and five assists while shooting 11-15 from the field.
Game 11: No. 3 Ohio State 60, No. 11 Iowa 59
Date/Time: March 7th, 25 minutes after Game 10

Ohio State and Iowa delivered a nail-biter on Friday, with the Buckeyes ultimately pulling out a 60-59 win. Second-chance points proved pivotal for the Buckeyes, who recorded 12 compared to the Hawkeyes’ four. Cotie McMahon led Ohio State with 18 points.
Big Ten Semifinals
Game 12: No. 1 USC 82, No. 5 Michigan 70
Date/Time: March 8th, 3:00 PM ET

The Trojans defeated the Wolverines by a score of 82-70 after JuJu Watkins and Kiki Iriafen combined for 45 points and 22 rebounds. USC entered the fourth quarter leading by just one point, 53-52, but would pull away with a 14-0 run down the stretch. It lef by double digits until then on its way to victory.
Game 13: No. 2 UCLA 75, vs. No. 3 Ohio State 46
Date/Time: March 8th, 5:30 PM ET

UCLA coasted by Ohio State on its way to a 75-46 victory to punch its ticket to the Big Ten Championship. Londynn Jones led the Bruins with 22 points, while Angela Dugalic stuffed the stat sheet with 10 points nine rebounda and four assists. They’ll meet rival USC in the title game on Sunday.
Big Ten Tournament Finals
Game 14: UCLA 72, USC 67
Date/Time: March 9th, 4:30 PM ET

In the title game of the Big Ten Tournament, an in-city, west-coast matchup lived up to it between the bracket’s top two seeds in USC and UCLA. The Trojans built up as much as a thirteen-point lead with a double-digit one going into halftime. The second half was all for the Bruins, though, as they outscored ‘SC by 15, as the top seed scored just 22 points in the second half, to win it by five and claim their first-ever Big Ten Championship.
