2025 DL Wilnerson Telemaque narrows list to 6 schools
Colorado, Florida, LSU, Minnesota, Missouri and West Virginia are the six schools left in the recruitment of Miami Monsignor Pace three-star defensive lineman Wilnerson Telemaque.
Telemaque tells On3’s Chad Simmons that LSU and West Virginia are in the lead right now. He said that the connection with the coaches at those two schools has always been great, and that’s what puts them ahead of the others.
He will take official visits to West Virginia on May 31 and LSU on June 14.
The 6-foot-5.5, 255-pound Telemaque does not have any spring visits scheduled, but is considering spring game visits for Minnesota and Florida.
Telemaque told On3 last month that he will commit on August 1 — his grandmother’s birthday.
He is the nation’s No. 704 overall prospect, No. 60 defensive lineman and No. 92 recruit from Florida in the 2025 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

Telemaque talks West Virginia and LSU
Last month, Telemaque broke down his thoughts on the Mountaineers and Tigers.
West Virginia: “I visited West Virginia on Feb. 3 and that visit made a big impression on me and my family. I liked it even more than I thought I would. The campus was nice, I like how the program is fun and I see a good fit into the scheme. I have good relationships with Coach Andrew Jackson, Coach Bilal Marshall and Coach Neal Brown.”
LSU: “LSU has the No. 1 recruiting class and they are pushing for a top defensive line class too. They want to add defensive linemen and Coach Kevin Peoples and Coach Bo Davis are talking to me a lot. I talk to Coach Brian Kelly some too. Coach Peoples was recruiting me hard at Missouri, so as soon as he got to LSU, he talked to Coach Davis, and they started pushing for me.”
