2026 4-star DL Anthony Kennedy commits to Missouri: 'It feels like home'
About 14 months ago, in October of last year, Eli Drinkwitz and the Missouri Tigers offered Anthony Kennedy. The 6-foot-3.5, 285-pound four-star defensive lineman out of Little Rock (Ark.) Maumelle felt like a priority since the offer was extended.
He visited Columbia five times and he has committed to the SEC program over the likes of Arkansas, Georgia, SMU and Texas.
“One of the biggest reasons I committed to Missouri is my great connection with the coaches,” Kennedy told On3. “How I love the atmosphere and how it feels like home are other things I like about Missouri.”
Kennedy likes the fit from top to bottom. Drinkwitz is the leader. Al Davis is the defensive line coach and Kennedy has connected with him. The new commit sees him as a straight shooter.

“Coach Davis has always kept it real with me since we met. That is what I like most about him. Another thing I like is, I watched the players he produced in the NFL and I feel like he can get me there best.”
Kennedy has 23 offers. Many schools gave him something to think about, but the No. 261 prospect in the 2026 On3 Industry Program had that feeling in Columbia.
“It’s a great every time I’m up there and it feels like home,” Kennedy said.
