2026 Top-100 TE Xavier Tiller commits to Texas A&M
Fairburn (Ga.) Langston Hughes four-star tight end Xavier Tiller has committed to Texas A&M, he tells On3’s Hayes Fawcett.
He chose the Aggies over the likes of Alabama, Georgia and Louisville.
Tiller is the No. 87 overall prospect and No. 4 TE in the 2026 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the N. 10 junior in Georgia.
The 6-foot-5, 205-pounder was in College Station to see A&M defeat LSU last month and is now the latest to pledge to Mike Elko and Co. The Aggies are hot on the recruiting trail and now have eight commits in the 2026 cycle — six of whom have pledged since the beginning of October.
“I want to play in an offense that uses tight ends and I want to have great relationships with the coaches I play for,” Tiller told On3’s Chad Simmons in September.

Texas A&M is closing in on signing a top-10 recruiting class in the 2025 cycle, but Elko and his staff are already making plenty of hay in the 2026 cycle, too. The class now ranks No. 2 in the cycle, per the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings.
Since defeating LSU at Kyle Field at the end of October, A&M has landed commitments from Douglasville (Ga.) Douglas County four-star EDGE Jordan Carter, his Douglas County teammate and four-star wide receiver Aaron Gregory, Carson (Calif.) Leuzinger four-star linebacker Samu Moala and now Tiller.

Carter is the No. 35 overall prospect and No. 2 EDGE in the cycle, while Gregory checks in at No. 37 overall and No. 7 at WR. Moala is a top-200 recruit and a top-15 LB in the class.
“Man I’ve been here so many times and the way the coaches welcome me like family means the most,” Gregory told On3 upon his commitment. “Also the culture of the school is one of a kind and you will only find it one place. The brotherhood of the team, the always stick together through the good and bad.”
October also featured a commitment Provo (Utah) Corner Canyon four-star quarterback Helaman Casuga, the No. 117 recruit and No. 10 QB in the cycle. His pledge came just one day prior to four-star defensive lineman Trashawn Ruffin, On3’s No. 10 DL, doing the same.
The class also features a pair of in-state commits in Mesquite North Forney three-star cornerback Ryan Gilbert and Mesquite Horn three-star safety Markel Ford.
