Texarkana (Texas) Liberty-Eylau 2026 four-star wide receiver Dequane Prevo has committed to Arkansas. The 5-foot-9, 160-pound junior is the No. 253 prospect in the On3 Industry Ranking and he chose the Razorbacks over OklahomaPenn State and Texas.

“I have known coach Sam Pittman for a long time and that relationship was key,” Prevo told On3. “Arkansas offered me early and I have been talking with coach Pittman for a few years now. He is a great man, he is a great coach and he cares about his players. Our relationship is great.”

Wide receivers coach Ronnie Fouch is Prevo’s lead recruiter. They have a strong relationship too and the new commit likes he develops receivers.

Prevo sees an opportunity to play early for coach Fouch and that is one of the reasons he chose the SEC school in Fayetteville.

“I see a great chance to play for good coaching staff at Arkansas. Coach Fouch wants guys like me and he has a plan for me to get on the field. The atmosphere is great, I like the coaching staff and how they recruited me was different.

“It was really an easy decision. It felt right. Arkansas has been recruiting me for a few years and they recruited me hard. They made me feel wanted.”

Prevo gives Arkansas seven commits for 2026.
