The secret of Buford (Ga.) 2026 defensive lineman Bryce Perry-Wright is out. Some major programs are already knocking on the door of the 6-foot-3 freshman.

Perry-Wright already holds offers from South Carolina, Texas A&M, Georgia Tech and Michigan. He hasn’t played in a high school game yet.

Perry-Wright will shed the inexperienced label soon. He has already worked himself in key snaps for Georgia powerhouse Buford alongside 2024 four-stars Eddrick Houston and KingJoseph Edwards.

Perry-Wright feels he has the chance to learn from some of the best.

“It’s a great experience, to be a part of the Buford program,” Perry-Wright told On3. “There are a lot of leaders on the team and great coaches. I’m looking forward to a great season…My goal this season is to get better as a student-athlete, mentally and physically. Learn high school football, be a great player and overall a great leader.”

Perry-Wright is grateful for the litany of offers beginning to come in. He hasn’t given a lot of thought to which ones stand out yet.

“It means a lot, I’m very blessed for them but I have to keep working,” Perry-Wright said. “I’m not sure yet (if any programs stand out), but I’m keeping my options open. There are some great programs.”

Perry-Wright sported Georgia gloves during Buford’s padded camp. Perry-Wright was in Athens for G-Day back on April 16.

He enjoyed his experience taking in a gameday in Athens.

“The coaches are cool and I had a great experience visiting Georgia,” Perry-Wright said.
