2026 4-star LB Shadarius Toodle announces his Top 10 schools
Offers started rolling in for Shadarius Toodle before he started high school. Vanderbilt was first to offer the 6-foot-2.5, 210-pound junior linebacker out of Mobile (Ala.) Cottage Hill Christian Academy and he is now up to 29 total.
As he closes in on his junior season, Toodle has announced his top 10 schools. Auburn, Louisville, LSU, Miami, Michigan, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Oregon, South Carolina and Texas A&M made the list.
He was just at Ohio State on Thursday. Louisville had him on campus Wednesday. Toodle’s next visit will be to Texas A&M next week. He has also already visited Auburn, LSU and South Carolina.
Communication was important for Toodle as he put this list together and it will be key for him moving forward too.

“These schools made my top 10 because of how they kept in contact with me,” Toodle told On3. “Relationships are important to me and when I go on these visits, my interaction with coaches is something I look for.”
Toodle is the No. 64 prospect in the 2026 On3 Industry Ranking and he also camped at Alabama and Georgia this summer. The list could change, but he feels good about these 10 schools and he has an idea of what he is looking for in a school.
“Outside of relationships, I am also looking at how coaches coach, their player development, who wins championships and academics moving forward.”
July 4 is the date for Toodle. He is planning to announce his commitment next month.
