Last month, Plantation (Fla.) American Heritage three-star wide receiver Jeffar Jean-Noel decommitted from West Virginia.

The recruitment of the 5-foot-10 pass-catcher has ramped up this spring. He took an official visit to Purdue in April and now has four more OVs lined up across the next four weekends.

On3’s Chad Simmons reported on Monday evening that Jean-Noel has set the following official visits: Georgia Tech (May 30), Pitt (June 6), Kentucky (June 15) and UCF (June 20).

The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine currently favors the in-state Big 12 program. Jean-Noel has taken multiple visits to UCF throughout his process and Scott Frost’s team will get to round out his summer visit plans next month.

Miami and Michigan are two other programs that have jumped in the mix with offers this year. Wolverines receivers coach Ron Bellamy was one to extend an offer to the three-star back in January.

“He’s a good coach,” Jean-Noel told The Wolverine about Bellamy. “I feel like if I go there, he can develop me into being a better receiver than I am today. He has a lot of energy. I feel like he’s a good person. He likes that I’m playmaker.”

Jean-Noel plays for one of the top high school football programs in the Sunshine State. Per MaxPreps, he caught 34 passes for 505 yards and five touchdowns as American Heritage finished as the No. 18 team in the national On3 Composite Rankings.

Jean-Noel is the No. 790 overall prospect and No. 121 receiver in the 2026 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 105 player in Florida.

Scout’s Take on Jeffar Jean-Noel

In March, Jean-Noel was a top performer during the second week of Overtime’s OT7. On3 Director of Scouting and Rankings Charles Power was impressed by the one-time Mountaineer pledge.

“Jeffar Jean-Noel came alive during his team’s final game on Saturday. The (former) West Virginia commit made one of the best individual plays of the day, making a magnificent adjustment to come down with a deep ball within a crowd of defenders. Jean-Noel caught two more touchdowns in the game and made an impressive adjustment on a pass thrown behind him while working over the middle of the field. Saturday marks the second time Jean-Noel has caught our eye over the past month, as he turned in a solid workout at the Under Armour Miami Camp a few weeks back.”
