2026 WR Malachi Toney earns major offers after standout game
Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) American Heritage wide receiver Malachi Toney is only a freshman but he has caught the attention of many top programs.
Toney played in only his second high school football game this past weekend, but he put on a show.
Playing in a nationally televised game against Los Alamitos (Calif.) High, Toney displayed high-major skills despite being just a freshman. That includes this touchdown catch in the third quarter.
Toney announced his first four college offers Monday. In order of who offered first, it went Texas A&M, Louisville, Western Carolina and Miami.
Toney also played really well in his first high school game, catching six passes for 103 receiving yards.

Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) American Heritage, which is led by Ohio State commits Mark Fletcher and Brandon Inniss, has had an excellent start to the season. They have defeated two well-established out-of-state schools in Valdosta (Ga.) Lowndes and Los Alamitos (Calif.) High.
The victory over Los Alamitos (Calif.) High on national television was especially impressive as Los Alamitos is led by Five-Star Plus+ quarterback Malachi Nelson and four-star wide receiver Makai Lemon.
