2027 On3 4-star ATH Honor Fa'alave-Johnson has a 'great' first visit to Washington
San Diego Cathedral Catholic athlete Honor Fa’alave-Johnson is a national name already. The 2027 four-star athlete is the No. 20 prospect in the On3 Industry Ranking and Washington is one of the schools in pursuit early.
He visited Seattle for the first time last weekend to see the Huskies knock off Michigan.
“My first experience with UW was great,” Fa’alave-Johnson told On3. “The atmosphere was crazy and I was able to attend a game in a packed house. I honestly didn’t think it was going to be like that, so it definitely passed my expectations.
“They made a great impression. They obey the NCAA rules, but they made it known that I’m definitely someone they have their eyes on.”
Washington and Michigan battled for four quarters, but a 13-0 fourth quarter performance pushed them to a 27-17 win. Jedd Fisch is 4-2 in his first season at Washington and the Big Ten program is on Fa-alave-Johnson’s radar.

“Their support system No. 1 impressed man. The fans all made the game a way better time. I would say the staff stood out too. The staff was great. The lineage and the past they have are big too. They have a lot of pacific islander players and they embrace it.
“I’m feeling great about Washington after this visit. I can’t wait to build a relationship with them and see how they play the rest of the season.”
