4-star athlete Malachi Coleman dashes impressive 10.53 100
Lincoln (Neb.) Lincoln East four-star athlete Malachi Coleman is known for his speed, especially at a tall 6-foot-5.
He demonstrated that skill yesterday at a track meet.
Coleman ran the 100-yard dash in a lightning quick 10.53 seconds, winning the race by an easy margin and earning a new personal best. His previous top time was 10.68 in the 100.
The On3 Consensus — a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies — has Coleman as the No. 173 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle.
He is the No. 159 prospect in the 2023 On300 ranking and fourth-ranked athlete in the country.
Mustang (Okla.) four-star athlete Jacobe Johnson, Temple (Texas) four-star athlete Mikal Harrison-Pilot and St. Louis (Mo.) IMG Academy four-star athlete Samuel M’Pemba are the three athletes ranked ahead of Coleman in the 2023 cycle.

He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $6.8k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine has Nebraska as the heavy favorite to land Malachi Coleman at 97.6%.
RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.
It factors in machine learning, expert predictions, social sentiment, visits, and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.
