Henderson (Nev.) Liberty four-star recruit Dedan Thomas tells On3 he’s down to six schools: Gonzaga, Houston, Arizona, UCLA, UNLV, and Florida.

Thomas officially visted Houston last weekend (Oct. 1). He has scheduled unofficial visits to Arizona (Oct. 28) and Gonzaga (Nov. 5-6). He also says he’s looking to set up official visits to UCLA and Florida in March and will also visit UNLV at some point.

The 6-foot-1 class of 2024 point guard also received offers from Virginia, Miami, USC, Stanford, Washington, LSU, and others.

He ranks as the No. 34 overall prospect in the 2024 class, according to the On3 Consensus, the average ranking from all four major recruiting media companies.

Dedan Thomas discusses his finalists

Gonzaga: “I love their style of play and they have produced really good guards over the past years under Mark Few so I know I can learn a lot from him and his staff.”

Houston: “The culture they have built over there is incredible. I have developed a great relationship with their coaches and their style of play fits me.”
