Utah also hosted Mathudi during the spring as he was on campus April 15.
“I had the opportunity to spend quality time with Head Coach Dan Lanning, Defensive Coordinator Tosh Lupoi and Linebacker Coach Brian Michalowski. Coach Michalowski and I actually went through film and broke down schematics,” Mathudi told Scoop Duck following his latest visit to Oregon. “The night ended with a recruits dinner hosted by the coaches and photos. The next day was the spring game and there was an electrifying energy as soon as we arrived.
“We sat in on team meetings, engaged with fans and joined the team on the field. It was a very hot day but the excitement was like no other. The game was definitely a highlight of the weekend for me because it got me hyped to play college ball. Overall, the weekend surpassed my expectations and I really enjoyed being amongst such elite talent.”
Mothudi currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $58K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
