Noah Mikhail is taking his time with the recruiting process. He can go anywhere in the country. The No. 47 prospect in the On3 Industry Ranking is one of the most coveted defenders in the 2025 class. The 6-foot-2, 210-pound four-star linebacker out of La Vergne (Calif.) Bonita has lined up six spring visits.

Mikhail will be at Alabama (March 8), Oregon (March 15-16), Texas A&M (March 21-22), Nebraska (April 1), Notre Dame (April 3) and USC (April 13).

“The plan is to take these spring visits, then narrow things down for my official visits,” Mikhail told On3.

Mikhail will see Lincoln for the first time. He is looking forward to that visit. College Station had him on campus once before, but this will be his first time on his own. He was there once with California Power, his 7-on-7 team. The No. 6 linebacker in the country is familiar with each of the other programs he is set to visit in the coming months.

Mikhail knows what he is looking for in a school

These visits will be key as Mikhail moves forward with the process.

“You want to go somewhere where you know they want you, where you know you’re their top guy on their board,” Mikhail told On3 in an interview earlier this year. “I think making that known and constant communication, inviting me out to campus, the love and the time they’re putting into me is very important.”

After these spring visits, official visits will be locked in and a decision will come shortly after those are completed. He will go into the spring with a good idea of what he is looking for.

“Being a Christian athlete, the faith factor is a big piece of it,” Mikhail said. “The culture, having that at hand to grow my faith is important. Then, the relationship with the coaches is a big part of it too, knowing who is going to be developing me. Then, it’s the fit and place, really liking where I’m going to be and liking that atmosphere of where I’m going to be.”
