4-star OL Luke Montgomery announcing commitment next week
Findlay (Ohio) four-star interior offensive lineman Luke Montgomery will make his college decision on the CBS Sports Network on Feb. 17.
He announced the news on social media Monday.
Montgomery had previously released a top six of Clemson, Michigan, Notre Dame Ohio State, Oklahoma and Penn State. He later added USC to his list after Lincoln Riley made the move to Los Angeles.
Montgomery is the No. 58 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
He is the top player in the state of Ohio.
Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy (Bradenton, FL) five-star lineman Francis Mauigoa, Ashburn (Va.) Broad Run four-star lineman Alex Birchmeier and Ramsey (N.J.) Don Bosco Prep four-star lineman Chase Bisontis are the only interior offensive lineman ranked ahead of him in the 2023 On3 Consensus.
