4-star PG Acaden Lewis schedules June visit with Kentucky
Acaden Lewis could be in for a significant boost in the next ranks update. Thanks to an impressive AAU season so far, the four-star point guard is gaining plenty of college interest.
One of the schools in contact is the Kentucky Wildcats. According to On3’s Joe Tipton, Lewis has scheduled an unofficial visit to UK for June 17. Although he has yet to receive an offer from head coach Mark Pope, the 6-foot-3 floor general wants to check out Lexington and see what the program can offer him.
“It’s Kentucky. It’s a huge school and there’s a lot of history there,” Lewis told Jacob Polacheck of KSR+ on Thursday. “I want to enjoy my unofficial, talk to players, and get as much as I can out of it.”
Lewis has taken two official visits so far to Virginia and Florida State.
Since late April — the first session of the Nike EYBL circuit — Lewis, ranked No. 89 overall in the 2025 class by the On3 Industry Ranking, has picked up offers from the likes of Syracuse, West Virginia, Michigan, Louisville, Georgia Tech, Ole Miss, and Pittsburgh. He already held offers from Maryland, Villanova, Oregon, St. John’s, and many more.

Through 15 games played for Team Durant, Lewis has averaged 15.3 points, 3.6 assists, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.3 steals in 26.4 minutes per outing. He’s shooting 41.3 percent from the field, 34.4 percent from deep (on six attempts per contest), and 77.8 percent from the line. Arguably his best performance of the season came in Indianapolis when he dropped 28 points and six assists on 8-14 shooting.
Kentucky assistant coach Jason Hart contacted Lewis right before the Kansas City session, which wrapped up earlier this week, saying he’d keep an eye on Lewis’ performances. After Lewis averaged 16.8 points and 4.2 assists per outing across five games in KC, Hart saw enough to warrant inviting him to town for a visit.
