Houston Klein Forest four-star running back Parker Jenkins has announced his top 12 schools heading into the summer.

The programs are Arkansas, Boston College, Florida, Florida State, Houston, LSU, Northwestern, Oklahoma State, Ole Miss, Oregon, SMU and Tennessee.

The On3 Consensus — a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies — has Jenkins as the No. 330 overall prospect and No. 23 running back in the 2023 cycle.

He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $6.2k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine gives LSU a big lead for Jenkins’ services at this time. He was in Baton Rouge, La., for the Tigers’ spring game.

“It was pretty good. Great atmosphere,” Parker Jenkins told The Bengal Tiger. “They (the running backs) were pretty good. I liked that they had different styles and skill sets. I feel as though I can fit in. I’m pretty versatile so I know they can use what I bring to the table. I feel it’s a great program and a special place to play.”

RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

It factors in machine learning, expert predictions, social sentiment, visits, and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.
