4-star SG Dorian Jones down to 4 schools, sets commitment date

Dorian Jones, a four-star shooting guard in the 2025 class, has narrowed his list of schools down to four, according to a source: Michigan, Missouri, Ohio State, and Rutgers. He will announce his college decision on Monday, July 1st.
The 6-foot-4 rising senior out of Richmond Heights (OH) has taken official visits to three of his finalists — Missouri, Ohio State, and Rutgers. He has unofficially visited Michigan, but it was with the previous coaching staff.
In addition to his finalists, Jones also received offers from Cincinnati, Alabama, Oklahoma, Illinois, Houston, and others.

According to the On3 Industry Rankings, Jones is ranked as the No. 72 overall prospect in the 2025 cycle. He’s also the No. 18 shooting guard and the No. 2 player in Ohio. The On3 Industry Ranking is a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
Ohio State leading in the On3 Recruiting Predicition Machine
According to On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM), Ohio State holds the lead for Dorian Jones, giving the Buckeyes a 38.8% chance of landing the Cleveland native. In second place is Rutgers at 25.7% and rounding us out is Missouri at 22.0%.
